Playing Catch Up

This is a really big post because I am trying to catch up...
Oh life has been so busy!! Working full time, school till 10 at night, planning my wedding that is in 20 days, and then of course I am trying to find time to work out which I can only do at the weeeee hours of the morning..5am..and my body has been so mad at me for not getting enough sleep. I'm on birth control so I feel like I am gaining weight, more moody, and I feel sick like at random times through out the day..Tay loves it:) NOT!..my body is just really sensitive to pills. Tay really has been so patient with me and understanding. My love for Taylor grows more and more everyday.

Well since you know my schedule now..I am going to update ya all on my wedding plans:
Honeymoon: We are going to take a road trip to Cali, San Francisco, and Las Vegas for are last night. We have really had no idea how we would pay for our honeymoon, Tay was with out a job for about 3 months and we just did not know what to do. I just started to rule out a honeymoon in my mind because I didn't think there was a way for us to afford to go. Well with prayer and fasting Taylor got a job from his brother, my amazing sister-in-law planned our whole honeymoon down to everyday and night. My siblings have all pitched in and helped us so we can have an amazing 1st week of our lives together. My sister is paying for us to stay in a really nice hotel our first night. My two older brothers and their wives(Ben & Lora, Marc & Michelle) have paid for every nights stay in a hotel, a day in Disneyland, and also are helping pay gas. I was just in AW!!
My Favorite Aunt Patty has helped with so many things, most importantly she has been able to fill the void of the absents of my Mom. She has supported me, and as we all know Patty she just gives and gives until no end.
My Dad has paid for pretty much all my wedding, I am so grateful for his support and his willingness to help with the wedding.

Some how things just work out, I know because Taylor and I are striving to keep the commandments and have faith the Lord has been very mindful of us. He has worked through family and other people to help us have the wedding that we are looking forward to:)

We have had some fun times these past few weeks.. here are some pics...

Easter Weekend at Grams Ranch..

Bowling with the Elzinga's:)

Hot SPRINGS..
I set my brother up with this really sweet girl at my work. The hot springs were all the way past park city, but we went like way past park city and got lost. Well after a while we finally found it and when we arrived, tons of people were there. We got in the BURNING HOT water, well we got in at the hottest spot and didn't realize it till later. We moved to a spot that was not so hot but we were by these kids smoking pot and the were jumping in, and poor little me sitting on a log gets drenched by the idiots, so let me just fill you in on how I was filling at that point: legs burning hot, face freezing cold, face drenched with dirt and nasty water, feet covered in mud. At that point we decided to leave. I discovered that the only hot pots I like are the clean ones in Lava hot-springs. Let me know if you know of any that are actually worth while going to:)

only 5 min..and then..BAM!

FAP sent me this and I thought: "COOL" so I wanted to make other people think the same thing by sharing this..........

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug(MicroSafe)

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well..
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT ! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

NEW Job

I am now a receptionist at SEND OUT CARDS!
Little bit about them:
Multi Millionaire company that is debt free, they are well know around the world but not as much in SLC, which is very funny because that is were they are located. They are a greeting card company. I love it so much you should check out there website or come to the wed. luncheons for free to learn more about how awesome this company is!
https://www.sendoutcards.com

I quit my old job and now am working at Send Out Cards! I was sad to leave my old job, I really have enjoyed working as a wedding consultant at Magnolia Grove. I had lots of good times there, although I really need a full time job with benifits. I was offered this job from my friend and I prayed about and felt like it was the right thing for me to do. All last week I have been training, which was not so bad because I had lots of help but this week I will be on my own, hopefull I don't get myself in any trouble. I love the company though, it really is such a great enviorment! I love being the receptionist, I LOVE being around people. I find myself being more happy because that is kind of my job to be the warm welcoming smile as people come in. I feel so blessed to have this job, I have always been so blessed with all the jobs I have had in my life, all of them have made me grow and learn in many aspects.

LOVE TIME!

VALENTINES EVE
Taylor and I built a little fort..why you ask..answer: because we live cool lives, thats what cool people do. Now after all the hard work of building the fort we celebrated: how...we ate candy, played games, listend to music, and...watched a movie! all of that = FUN! I am so grateful for Tay we always have so much fun together! He brings so much JOY into my life:)

I made this brown face for tay..

VALENTINES DAY
For love day we started out with a good ol section of church. Following that we made chicken enchaladas..and I made home made wheat bread, complemented with a refreshing glass of ice water. That was our yummy V dinner.

We then cuddled and took a nice long nap..loved it by the way..Tay is like a body heater and i'm like a cooler, so we complement each other very nice when we cuddle. After a nap we were ready to get our game on with skipbo, phase ten..DICE, NERTZ, not to brag or anything but I won a lot of the rounds. To top off the night Tay gave me a nice foot massage and I gave him one:) Life is good!
So the very end of January I went to Colorado to babysit my sister's lovely children for a week, while her and her hubby went to Costa Rica! lucky!! anyways HOLY COW! being a mom is a full time JOB! From waking up at 6:30 making breakfast, reading scriptures, sending them to school, hw, sports, dance, cleaning, scouts, birthday parties, fighting, laughing, all that good stuff..well we did have fun though..I am so grateful for that oppertunity I had to be with them. I did not capture a lot of pictures but here are a few that I got..
OH and I forgot to mention that we played laser tag like every night in the house! Talk about FUN! I told Taylor we need to invest in Laser guns and have wars!!! ahhh seriously it was very intense, we turned off all the lights and had our guns loaded, you never knew where exactly anyone was! I get chills remembering what a thrill I got from it!
