More Wedding Day Pics~

Bridal Shower

My bridal was put on by my Aunt Patty and her friends! It was really fun, thanks for all the women that came and supported me, it meant a lot! We seemed to have missed getting a picture of some people that came:( I feel bad but know you are still loved:)

Just a glimps..

My wedding day was INCREDIBLE!!! I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER DAY! Everything went so well! The temple was so spiritual and just simple heavenly, we were almost two hours late for our luncheon because of pictures but the food was so yummy! Our reception was so FUN! I loved being surrounded by family and good friends! We had the best time. Then Taylor's guy friends broke out the funniest dance and got our guest dancing. I love everything about my wedding day I would not change a thing..Maybe get a little more food..towards the end we ran out of ice cream because a lot of people decided to come towards the end but other then that it was bliss for Taylor and I. I am overwhelmed at all the effort from my family to help and make the reception just as I would like it. Especially from My Aunt Patty and her boys. I am very grateful all my siblings were able to fly in and share the day with me, it meant so much to me!

Well I don't have all my pics back but I have a few of Tay and I at the temple, I can't wait to get the rest back with my family and the reception.

LOVE THIS MAN..
My heart is overwhelmed with love, I am so in love with Taylor and can't wait to be married to him. Even though I only have 9 days left, each day seems to really drag. I am way busy every single day I just have the hardest time parting from him. Any ways I just needed to vent my love for him. Now I am going to talk about our new home!

Taylor and I were looking at a couple of places to rent, just for a one bedroom apartment it cost about $700-895.00 and that is not including utilities! Well we could afford to pay that but we would just have to go on a no eating diet for 2 weeks every month. We both prayed about it and thanks to other people acting on promptings, my old bishop Holly called my Aunt Patty and asked her if we found a place to live because he knew someone who in the ward who was renting their house for a way good deal (that would be an understatement, let me rephrase: A KILLER DEAL!!!). Well 1 phone call later and one tour threw the house and the whole house is ours for $200 rent. Yep beat that apartments that want me to pay $800 rent for one little bedroom!

Tay and I are very fortunate to get this house to rent! The people that were renting it out were very specific with who they wanted to stay in the house. Tay and I seemed to fit like a glove for them and so we get the whole house, 6 bedrooms and a newly extended part to their kitchen so we are just loving it! Prayer works peps!

Here is our happy faces in front of our new house, Tay moved in Monday 19 so I can't wait till I can move in and decorate!

I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails.

I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp.

I want to be there with grass stains on my shoes from mowing my Sister Schenk's lawn.

I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor's children.

I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden.

I want to be there with the children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder.

I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived.

Playing Catch Up

This is a really big post because I am trying to catch up...
Oh life has been so busy!! Working full time, school till 10 at night, planning my wedding that is in 20 days, and then of course I am trying to find time to work out which I can only do at the weeeee hours of the morning..5am..and my body has been so mad at me for not getting enough sleep. I'm on birth control so I feel like I am gaining weight, more moody, and I feel sick like at random times through out the day..Tay loves it:) NOT!..my body is just really sensitive to pills. Tay really has been so patient with me and understanding. My love for Taylor grows more and more everyday.

Well since you know my schedule now..I am going to update ya all on my wedding plans:
Honeymoon: We are going to take a road trip to Cali, San Francisco, and Las Vegas for are last night. We have really had no idea how we would pay for our honeymoon, Tay was with out a job for about 3 months and we just did not know what to do. I just started to rule out a honeymoon in my mind because I didn't think there was a way for us to afford to go. Well with prayer and fasting Taylor got a job from his brother, my amazing sister-in-law planned our whole honeymoon down to everyday and night. My siblings have all pitched in and helped us so we can have an amazing 1st week of our lives together. My sister is paying for us to stay in a really nice hotel our first night. My two older brothers and their wives(Ben & Lora, Marc & Michelle) have paid for every nights stay in a hotel, a day in Disneyland, and also are helping pay gas. I was just in AW!!
My Favorite Aunt Patty has helped with so many things, most importantly she has been able to fill the void of the absents of my Mom. She has supported me, and as we all know Patty she just gives and gives until no end.
My Dad has paid for pretty much all my wedding, I am so grateful for his support and his willingness to help with the wedding.

Some how things just work out, I know because Taylor and I are striving to keep the commandments and have faith the Lord has been very mindful of us. He has worked through family and other people to help us have the wedding that we are looking forward to:)

Hot SPRINGS..
I set my brother up with this really sweet girl at my work. The hot springs were all the way past park city, but we went like way past park city and got lost. Well after a while we finally found it and when we arrived, tons of people were there. We got in the BURNING HOT water,well we got in at the hottest spot and didn't realize it till later. We moved to a spot that was not so hot but we were by these kids smoking pot and the were jumping in, and poor little me sitting on a log gets drenched by the idiots, so let me just fill you in on how I was filling at that point: legs burning hot, face freezing cold, face drenched with dirt and nasty water, feet covered in mud. At that point we decided to leave. I discovered that the only hot pots I like are the clean ones in Lava hot-springs. Let me know if you know of any that are actually worth while going to:)
